Synopsis

In Show Way the musical we trace seven generations of women in The Woodson Family Line as they pass down the tradition of sewing quilts (or "show ways") with hidden messages sewn into the fabric to help Enslaved People escape to freedom. It’s a story of joy, resilience, and above all, love.
